Life is like a GPS

Life is like a GPS. It cannot give you directions until you tell it where you want to go.

Once you are clear on where you want to go, life will show you the way. Even if you go off course, the shortest route, life will show the way to get back on track.

If you do not know what you want in life, you become a drifter. A drifter’s life becomes part of the non-drifters’ plans. Non-drifters know exactly what they want; the universe brings forth the resources to fulfill their desires.

While you are on your way there, the GPS only show you a small segment of the course on which you are currently moving. If you always have only the entire route on your screen, you will not be able to see the small turns and stops you need to make to get there.

Without seeing the whole route while moving requires faith in the capability of the GPS. It will show you the exact way to get to where you want to go, but you must make efforts move towards the goal one segment at a time.

What are the chances that someone getting somewhere by randomly making turns based on their guesses or feelings? It is small enough that a reasonable person would not choose to do so.

The capability of the GPS is certain, but are you certain about your destination? If you are certain about where you want to go in life, the GPS will show you the way to get there, no matter how many times you get off course. However, you must make the efforts to move towards the goal, and change your approach whenever you are not getting closer to your destination.
