Overweight, Feeling Tired and Frustrated? You Can Regain Your Optimal Health and Energy Easily.

There are many misconceptions in this area because there is a whole industry built around this need for many folks who are suffering from being overweight. Such industry, whatever the product or service is, is dependent on customers keep coming back and consuming those.


I have done biohacking for over 10 years now, and managed to build, rebuild, and maintain a healthy athletic body so that I can speak from my own experience that it is EASY once you have built the habit of healthy living. It’s a lifestyle change, not a diet/exercise challenge. I have not used any supplements or restricted myself with any diet in my life. I love eating quality meat, chocolate cake, and drinking coffee, wine sometimes too.


It is not about diet or exercise, it is about becoming a person is an example of a healthy life style. Here is my advice of three simple steps you can embark on your journey to become who you really are, from the core.

  1. Model someone who has a healthy life style and find out exactly what that person does then do the same. This includes all healthy habits involving every aspect of personal life such as relationship, self development, food, exercise, etc.

  2. Find a support system: You must have someone who is comfortable being brutally honest with you and can hold you 100% accountable for your goals and efforts. This is the most important aspect to help you form new habits, especially for the first 90 days on your new journey. Once your new habits are formed via consistent actions and repetition, you essentially become the new you that a being with healthy life style. If you shift your identity to a person who are committed to healthy living, unhealthy habits of eating or exercise can automatically disappear, because those things are NOT who are you anymore.

  3. Unhealthy habits are usually formed to compensate the lack of fulfillment in other areas of personal life. Some people shared with me honestly that they use food as comfort to cope with a demanding life where they get lots of stress with little or no fulfillment. Take some alone time, have a date with yourself and find out what areas in your life that you feel under fulfilled and not happy with, find solutions to shift your life towards a more fulfilling one and start making that shift. Sometimes this can automatically shift you out of unhealthy habits in life.

Remember, if you want to make long lasting change to regain your health, you must change your identity by forming new habits over the next 90 days with an awesome recipe for healthy lifestyle and get someone who can support you honestly and hold you absolutely 100% accountable for your decisions and actions.
