Want to Improve the Quality of Your Life? Let Go Negative Emotions

Updated: Mar 29, 2023

Recently, I read David Hawkins’s “Letting Go” for the second time because I wanted to review what I learnt from two years ago and practice more consistently. The results are quite noticeable as I let go the negative emotions whenever I feel them. It has improved my physical and emotional health, and over satisfaction of the current life condition I live in.

In "Letting Go", he introduces the concept of "letting go", which is the process of releasing negative emotions and thoughts that are holding us back in life. He argues that many people are held back by their attachments to negative emotions such as fear, anger, and shame, which can prevent them from reaching their full potential. One of my key takeaways is that we ought to conduct my thoughts and emotions with the assumption that others can sense them and receive them non-verbally and remotely. Think about it, if others know what you are thinking and how you are feeling about them, would you be more careful with you want to entertain in your mind?

What goes around comes around, not necessarily doing things in the 3D world, but our thoughts can affect our surroundings and how other souls respond to us significantly. Have you ever experienced peace and calmness simply by being around someone who seems to radiate that type of energy. That energy field comes from the inner peace and balance.

At the same time, negative thoughts and emotions would cause similar responses and manifestation in our physical body. This is the reason why simply eating healthy or having a good diet is not sufficient to achieve physical mastery or optimal health. Negative emotions like anger, resentment, envy, hate, depression, sadness would only lower our immune system capability and induce our physical body to produce more toxins.

So how does this “letting go” process work?

The process of letting go involves becoming aware of our negative emotions and thoughts, and then accepting them without judgment. David emphasizes that we need to accept our emotions and thoughts as they are, rather than trying to suppress or deny them.

He also introduces the concept of the "scale of consciousness", which is a way of measuring the level of consciousness of individuals and the world. The scale ranges from 0 to 1000, with higher levels representing higher levels of consciousness, which is described more in details in his book “Power VS Force”. Letting go can help us raise our level of consciousness and move towards higher levels.

The book also covers practical techniques for letting go, such as mindfulness, meditation, and forgiveness. These techniques help me a lot to release negative emotions and thoughts and move towards a state of inner peace and happiness.

Looking for inner peace and improving the living conditions in your life? I highly recommend that you read this book, one or two chapters a day, and practice this technic.

God bless us all.
